They had 56 total passes in Liverpool's half, 152 total. That's shocking. Spurs had the better chances for sure, but when you shackle your team like that, these results happen.
I miss the end to end shootouts with Tottenham. I used to love this fixture because it was football at its finest.

Yeah, it's just the risk you take. You look like a genius and get called a genius if Bergwijn buries that one shot or Kane hits the header. Otherwise, there's a great chance you get your heart ripped out.

For sure, and it could be a very different story if they finish what they should have finished. Bit strange though considering Liverpool started a 19 year old and a midfielder in defense in a system that demands the fullbacks fly up the field and leave those two on an island alone.
