Leeds down 3-1... clusterfrick... guess I'll be watching a lot of Atletico Madrid matches this season and living vicarious yet again... #HockOut

I was looking to be educated, not laughed at. Thanks.

Education: Your question is so stupid that the only correct response is laughter.

Does the EPL have no interest in expanding beyond the UK borders and tap into a pool of 330,000,000 potential fans?
They do, and that's why teams come here in the preseason. But a team from America literally can't 'join' English soccer.
3 Crimean teams are playing in the top Russian league this year and UEFA isn't recognizing their games even, and they are basically a part of Russia nowadays.
Why don't you support an MLS team?

1. The Premier League is an immensely popular global brand that prints money.
2. Teams do. That's why they come over here during the summer.
3. It would be a logistical nightmare.

Ramires' touch is pretty awful for a Brazilian

Fulham are getting murdered and Parker's chucked it.
ETA: FFS, another one. 5-1 now. Two goals in a minute.

So it's a geographical issue that the leagues are unwilling to bend on. English means English, European means European and it's hard and fast.

I live in New Orleans and have no rooting interest. I can't just conjure some interest out of thin air or for some other dubious reason like team colors or one player they might have.

Correct. One of the toughest things to do is get a work permit in the EU/UK. UEFA would not even consider allowing a foreign team in.

No, UEFA won't bend on it. Even if the FA was taken over by Americans, UEFA would still block it. It's impossible. DWI.

Yeah, I was thinking this as well.
Thanks to those who gave helpful answers.
To those who didn't, grow up.

What in God's name is wrong with Fulham?

Why so hostile?
I've dealt with it for 40 plus years and ultimately it's not a big deal to me. I was curious but you responded like an arse.

Terrible management, no passion, and no leadership.
BBC guys are talking about them following Wolves' path and going down again.
ETA: Cardiff lose on an own goal in stoppage time

West Ham has looked decent this AM. Getting 3 hard earned points after giving away a point last week is great to see.
