Doesn't get much slower in the heart of defense than Hummels, Martinez and Alonso

Renato Sanches, Douglas Costa, Kingsley Coman are all super athletic. They'll be fine. Robben, if ever healthy, should play more than Franck this year too.

I love Javi Martinez. Dude's a bull.

Pretty fun open match.

Fox is picking up a ton of crowd noise in their broadcast, shows off the rowdy atmosphere.

"Well, actually..."

Regardless, I've watched the Bundesliga on Fox before and the match seems dead because it's a single mediocre commentator and no crowd noise, and today it's the exact opposite, so credit to whomever

Just saying the feed you get is always from the home country, cameras, mics etc...

Dortmund matches never sound dead.

Yeah, I've noticed a good bit of crowds (besides Dortmund and a few others) in the Bundesliga often sound softer on FOX broadcasts. It's like they turn them down to get the single commentator louder.

It's weird, because Germany has such huge, booming crowds.
