Your biggest rival losing to the worst team in the league to clinch you the title is probably a pretty nice feeling.

For the fans. I wonder how much the players actually feel the rivalry. Especially the non English players.

United will be firmly in the Champions League and probably will get to the knockout stage consistently under Mourinho.

I don’t think they’ll ever win the league under him.

So this club is probably gonna be in a holding period — albeit one that a lot of teams would love to be in — until something changes. It’ll have spells of looking good, be bland as hell in big matches, buy big-name players, sell a bunch of big-name players... until Jose decides to go somewhere else.

Glad they got it out of their systems today because Liverpool travels to The Hawthorns next Saturday.

Thanks Jose!

That doesn't sound all that much different from the Moyes and LVG eras. They should throw as much money as humanly possible to Poch or Simeone. At the same time Mou is relatively young to have the game passed him by, but something is missing from even his early noughties teams.

Mou’s problem like most top managers is stubbornness

But I’m not blaming him for today

Anyone else really like Robbie Earle in the booth today? Thought he complimented Arlo White really well.

It’s not, and they should.

The Premier League isn’t one of those where you can just throw a bunch of money at a squad and be a champion. Everybody’s got that money. Do something that will make your team dangerous other than “we have a bunch of good individuals.”

United looked like their mind is already on holiday. They have a top 4 position on lock, nothing to play for in the league and just staying fit for the FA Cup.

It would have been nice to finish on 89 points though

Pretty much unheard of for a team in second

Anyone watching the Bremen - Leipzig match? It's opened up in the second half.
