I don't give a shite if you've seen worse. That was still pitiful, and I still think penalty calls should be reviewed because I'm sick of the bullshite.

I'll have to go back and watch it, but Lampard never even wins the ball, and the foul is after he has over run the ball. So in essence, a penalty is given without there even being possession or an opportunity to score.
