For this week's champions league match. You can't make this shite up

CSKA fans are not being let into the match b/c they are POS. So City will have about 2k extra seats. But still this deal for the whole stadium.

quote:

CSKA Moscow fans are not permitted to attend this fixture so we will have the entire Etihad Stadium available for home supporters only.

To celebrate this rare opportunity to pack both ends of the stadium with home supporters, fans who buy one ticket will receive an additional ticket completely free. This offer applies to fans who have already bought tickets for this match, and those looking to buy a ticket now.

This is the perfect time to bring along a loved one, friend or work colleague to experience a thrilling night of European football and help cheer City on to victory.

This exclusive offer is live from 12 noon today, and full details are below...

LINK

Hopefully it works.

So are you saying the Scottish game is dying as well. You swore up and down this board it was getting better with out Rangers.

I was pointing out that attendance has very little to do with the health of a league or club. Especially when you take into account the size of Celtic's stadium compared to other clubs. For example, in the picture quoted in your post directly above, we had the largest attendance of any club in the EL that week.

I was using your "poor attendance = death" argument to show its absurdity.

we both know Celtic is taking a hit right now

but this thread isn't about them and that shite league.

Attendance in a small league is much more important than the EPL. Where money comes from big time tv and shirt deals which City has a hand in both.
