Pretty good article on the Suarez situation
The writer really sums my thoughts up in regards to the contract situation. I just don't understand how a clause could be so misunderstood. I don't really agree with the second half of it, though.

If that is true then that leads me to believe two things ...
A) RM are pushing for the Bale transfer IMO.
B) Suarez is going to do his best to force this Arsenal Move unless BR can sit him down explain to him what's and just Luis that sorry but we can't do that this year. Have him sign a new contract with a £45mm-£55mm buyout clause for missing the CL but also increase his stay, bonuses, payouts based on performances and making the CL.

despite the fact it follows the Twitter rumors, I'm still a little surprised. increases my belief in a Suarez deal up to like an 8% possibility

I think Bale has always been there highest priority... I think they will get him eventually this summer..
I think Suarez has already decided... he wants to go. Arsenal is the only club, as of now, that looks like they are willing to negotiate...
Hopefully it can be done quickly, we get good players from the deal that can help us immediately. We wouldn't have Luis for 6 matches anyway...
We have a good young nucleus and play nice football. We are a couple pieces away and though losing Luis would be a set back, not one we cant over come through buying the right players for BRs system.
On a side note, it will be interesting to see the Arsenal supporters watch him week in and week out and know what we have all along for the past 2 1/2 years... the guy is a magician! Damn, I feel like I'm being dumped

I think Arsenal just want to know how serious Luis interest in them is. At this point it's gotten so deep that I think if Liverpool says " Give us 50 and the deal is done" no haggling or attempted chicanery, arsene will do it
