Liverpool, Man U, and Arsenal should get 15 point deductions for being the ringleaders. That would knock the first two out of CL places and put Arsenal in 17th only 3 points clear.
The other 3 get 10 point deductions. City would still be champions but other two are out of Europe entirely.
Introduce legislation that automatically suspends and blocks work permits for clubs who enter non domestic competitions between August and May that aren’t based on sporting merit from the previous season.
