Sunderland is for real aren’t they.
I think they will be a playoff team when it’s all said and done

What the hell is going on with Luton?
Posted on 10/24/24 at 8:40 am to S
Definitely does. Hope he can provide some depth!
No idea on Luton - disappointing result yesterday for sure. Was hoping for at least a draw.
Saw a post a few days ago (before yesterdays W) that after 10 games last year we were on 16 points (3 less then this year) and 9 points from autos, 11 from the top. Whereas this year we had more points and were just 2 points from autos and 3 from the top.
How long are Amp and Gruev supposed to be out?

Yeah the start to this year has been better, and there isn’t a team just blitzing the league at the start either
I really think we are about to be that team that smashes the league over the next couple months

Didn't realize Gruev was out that long. Jeez.
Yeah I hope you're right - our upcoming schedule is favorable for it. Of our next 16 games, we just play Blackburn (2x) and 'Boro (1x) that are within the current top 9. So if we were going to make a move, right now would definitely be the time. Then a very rough stretch in January/February and "easy" final stretch. That "easy" stretch bit us in the arse last year though, so I don't know if that's a good thing, or bad thing haha.

Ramazani is out 4-6 weeks with a ligament injury in his ankle surgery not required
Not surprised but I’m happy it’s not worse
He looked to be in a good amount of pain during the match
Good thing we have Dan James and Solomon on the bench

Hopefully he makes a speedy recovery from that. Summy used to always make it back a week or 2 earlier than expected. He was really starting to come into his own.

He was really starting to come into his own.
He, Willy, Aaronson, Firpo, and Bogle were really starting to gel drifting into different positions fluidly in attack etc

Looks like we’re back on Paramount tomorrow but I completely forgot about the early start.

I was just wondering if the roof of Ashton Gate is two steps from heaven given how high up this camera is
Almost like watching an all 22 version of a college game

Piroe playing like he is in skinny jeans today

Cheap give away by Bristol should have been the best chance so far and Piroe just played it to the keeper instead of Willy.
