Wouldn’t hurt to keep Sam another year for depth at both fullback spots.
I feel like we definitely need:
Starting GK
LB
CB
CM
CAM
Winger/Solomon
Striker
Hopefully we can sell Harrison and tIceman to avoid any unwanted sales. I keep seeing Willy and Struijk mentioned as sale candidates due to the profit it would generate.

I can understand both Willy and tPirate going, I would rather tPirate just because of the injury issues back to back years and I’m not sold on him being quick enough in the premier league
