You're missing his point. I don't think many of us care that much. It's that when you try to have a conversation with someone they resort to down voting you, or rebut an argument with citing the number of down votes on your post.

It's not the number itself. I don't think any of us care if we have 5000 down votes. it's the use of it to avoid dialogue altogether.

Not really. I just dont buy into the whole "the level of conversation has gone down" just because a dumb button was implemented.

Fair enough. We can agree to disagree.

No not really. It's a fairly stupid feature for this website.

Yeah. I think the feature is fine. I'll upvote something if it's funny or well researched. I just HATE when people downvote because they disagree with something you say. The worst are the Pro-Jurgen Lurkers. I would love nothing more than to hear someone make a case for him. However, they just hide in the shadows and downvote anything that criticizes Jurgen.

I upvoted your post. Let's see how many people support pedophilia by downvoting this post.

Which is weird. It's not as if Bradley and Jurgen didn't have their critics. I mean, the anti-Bradley crowd on this board was fairly vocal.

What I can't justify is the regression in positioning. We aren't where we are supposed to be, and that seems to be the one thing the USMNT did well.
