He def deserves the shot.
With the way our forward pool in the shape it's in, I don't blame him for calling in any and every person who is in decent form.

Nguyen's not really a forward - but I agree with you.
With time to gel with the team, I think either he or Feilhaber would have done a great job playing the position that Bradley was shoehorned into in Brazil.

Klinsmann has basically said he doesn't the Feilhaber has the quality to be playing a national team, which is just bullshite.

Has he actually said this or are you just going off of Feilhaber's lack of call ups?
It's curious because I think it's fairly obvious that Benny is a more dynamic player than a guy like Bedoya.

I remember a quote where he used "Feilhabers" as a synonym to describe players who weren't the quality he was looking for.
ETA: That said, I can't find it anywhere. I think it was even on this board at one point.

I'm pretty sure Feilhaber in German translates to "Fail Haver," so I can't really blame Jurgen.
