I'm not sure about that. Maybe early on. And maybe a NT set-up gives the players enough time away from him that he doesn't alienate them.

But something clearly broke when he was in Spain, and he can't seem to keep it together since then. Yes, he's capable of a really good season, but year 3 is a disaster.

Like I said - maybe being around him, or having less pressure week to week would allow for it to go longer.
