I don’t know man. VVD came into a team that couldn’t get over the hump and almost immediately pushed them over it. Looking back to that Daniel Luis Raheem Gerrard Phil team in 2014 to now. It’s just different. You’re not wondering all them time when will the botch up come. And it’s because of Virg in my opinion.

I am not saying Hendo is a better player than Virgil van Dijk. Haven't even alluded to that, bub.
What I have said is that he is the unquestioned leader of the squad. I don't think he is PotY material, but I do think he has improved a metric shite ton and become an absolute Swiss Army knife.
