After the way he handed this transfer window this is well deserved. Surprising to see Ashley make a decent decision for a change (still doesn't make up for him being hired in the first place).

With Cabaye gone and no new midfield acquisitions, seems like the club is in retreat-mode...
If I'm Pardew, I'd be upset too cause its my arse on the line...so good riddance to Kinnear.
And damn was that derby rematch a disaster...

Pardew has done a good job this season and it's not his fault Kinnear is a moron. He should be retained regardless of how we finish barring some epic meltdown that somehow got us regulated, but i think that's pretty close to being mathematically impossible at this point anyway.
