fricking Castillo, this should be entertaining. Goodson should provide a few laughs as well.

Donovan in the hole will be interesting, I think it'll work out. He won't rely on his pace as much there and he can use his vision and passing.
Come on you Yanks!

Is CDM Torres' natural role??

Torres has always played CM for us. Hit or miss as frick, but that's his position.

I think Jurgen thinks Landon is the second option as a 10 for us. Doesn't mean he won't start on the wing in the World Cup, but I think he's pretty happy with Zusi and Fabian there.

He's not a defensive midfielder, but he does play deeper

He plays the same role that Michael Bradley plays with Roma.

So between Gomez, Castillo, Torres, Beasley and Donovan, what are the odds more spanish words are spoken on the field tonight than english?

Gotcha, thank y'all. I've seen him for the national team a few times but I always read he possesses great technical skills and passing ability, but I never see anything but mediocre play. I assume Beckerman will be disciplined and stay back as usual, allowing Torres to link up with Donovan. I will have my eye on him and Corona. Real interested in both of them.

Nah. Both Bradley and Klinsmann would try to wedge him (and Kljestan) on the wing, and then be surprised when it didn't work out.
