Looks like ladbrokes.
I just went through match today for scorecast. Picking player to score plus correct score and the highest I saw was 1050/1 so doubling that would probably mean a fake.

look at both 7's in the "7-1", the 7 is sitting one pixel too high. fake

The 7's wouldn't be the fake part IMO.

well there's others but the 7 is pretty clear. You can also see the Odds was extended from "19" to "2319". The first two digits are taller than the "19". That means the "46" was added on to the original return number "380".

I think they added the 23 before 2319 and changed it from score of 1-1 to 7-1.
ETA: The 7's look better, but I can only assume that they were shopped from 0-1, 1-1 or 2-1 because you would have to be a complete idiot to take 7-1 and a certain player scoring at only 19 to 1 odds

The odds at all 7-1 were around 500-1050 /1. The odds from Messi at a 2-1 score was 80/1
