How is he wrong? Seems like a fair and accurate criticism.
for a country that pretty much dominates or has dominated in most maintstream sport areas for generations, our US soccer team has been pedestrian at best. We aren't terrible but we certainly aren't dominant. Countries with far fewer resources and people regularly handle the US with ease.

He sounds like someone who failed miserably in MLS and hasn't always had the best time playing against our national team...because he is that someone.
