I simply don't believe they're the best team in Europe.

Best team in that tournament, but I believe that Barça, Real, United, and others can beat them most of the time.

What I said was Terry was a homer pick from me. That is all. To say Cech and Cole aren't in the conversation is silly IMO.

No I'm with you, Cech & Cole are in the conversation at their positions.

That being said, I'd take Cole before Cech or Terry. Couple keepers I'd take before Cech. Maybe 1 leftback (Marcelo).

I would immensely enjoy this team being fielded too.

Yeah, but when you are talking elite keepers any will do whether it's Neur, Casillas.....and so forth. Easy choice for a Chelsea fan.

I have no problem with Chelsea fans picking Cech. Keeper is pretty subjective and Cech is in the discussion for sure. Cole, I can see him being in the discussion as well.

Terry? Not even close, but you admitted it was a homer pick.

And yes hat, your Alonso over Schweiny pick is ludicrous.

Using my Football Manager formation:

GK - Casillas
CB - Chiellini
DMCL - Mascherano
DMC - Alonso
DMCR - Toure
ML - Bale
MR - Nani
STL - Ronaldo
STCL - Rooney
STCR - Van Persie
STR - Messi

Formation

-------------------CB--------------------

--------DMCR--DMC--DMCL------

-MR-----------------------------------ML-

New to the board, I figure this post can help you guys see where I stand.

-------------------- -Nuer------------------

----------Lahm---Hummels---Kompany---Bale-----

--------------- Schweinsteiger----------

----------Robben------ Sneijder-------Ronaldo-----

---------------- Messi-------Cavani--------------

Not the average formation. Would play similar to a 4-4-2, but with Sneijder playing a true 10 position and Schweinsteiger more to hang back and play box to box. Cavani is in as a target man instead of RvP.

Sorry, fixed.

Fair enough ... but the choice of 3 Chelsea players in the best XI in the world is crazy talk.

You're saying that in a nutshell, Chelsea is the best team in the world player for player pretty much. And don't bring up the "Champions of Europe" thing. I simply don't believe they're the best team in Europe.

It's not saying that at all. There are eleven positions and we are mediocre at most of them. Our midfield was non-existent this year and outside of a few huge games Drogba and Torres were both pretty bad all season.
