If United win the Europa League

They earn a Champions League berth, correct? If they were to finish 5th or 6th but win the Europa League, will England have 5 teams in next years UCL or does United replace the 4th place Premier League finisher? It seems like I remember Spain having 5 clubs in the Champions League the past couple seasons because of Sevilla winning the Europa League back to back years.
I did some quick googling to find my answer, but the explanations I found for what happens in these instances were a bit hard to understand.

Max a country can have is 5 teams.
If United finish outside of top 4 but win Europa they qualify for the champions league, along with everyone in the top 4.
If United win EL & Leicester win UCL, the fourth placed team (assuming it isn't United) will not qualify

How come that one year Chelsea won the CL but finished outside the top 4 EPL only got 4 teams in the next year and I believe Spurs were kicked out?? Maybe Spurs had to play in a play in game? I can't remember but I know EPL only got 4 teams in and Chelsea finished outside the top 4

Yeah I'm fairly certain last year was the first year that the Europa league winner qualified.
It started in 2014/15.

just a term of endearment, nothing more. Same as buddy or dude for me. I think it's probably a southern thing.
