It's "the turn" of group play.
You play teams A, B and C and then turn around and play C, B and A. Jamaica is/are the C&C games.

It's an international break. If they're healthy they have to be released by their club.

Seems dumb to have an international break right after the start of the season (at least in Europe). Must be a pain in the arse for guys like Clint.
