I would agree with this, but it's the world cup, we should be taking our best player #1 through #23. I think being 3rd best makes the cut, but then again, I'm not the coach.

Tim Howard is our best player, but he's our keeper, so that gets overlooked.
Michael Bradley is our best outfield player, with Dempsey and Fabian Johnson behind him, IMO.
