I am not looking forward to Concussion Boy doing Euro games

Concussion Boy is the worst ESPN "analyst", hands down. He makes Quint Kessenich and Alexi Lalas look insightful and articulate.
Note that I am not counting the cartoonish personalities like Skip Bayless, Stephen A. Smith, and Dan Le Batard who are just basically caricatures at this point.
Concussion Boy is down there with former ESPN employees like Harkes and Wynalda in terms of useless pointers and general negativity.
Why are so many former US Men's NT players so bad in the booth? And why does ESPN keep hiring them? Thank God Kasey Keller seems to have broken the trend.
But once the US qualifiers are done, it looks like Concussion Boy is going to replace Keller for the Euro matches

No doubt. As far behind as we are as a soccer nation on the pitch we are even further behind it in the booth. American soccer announcers are almost universally awful. I know there may be some casual viewers but I can't stand how they dumb down everything all the time. Wasn't there talk about Gus Johnson doing some soccer games somewhere a while back? I'd like to see that.

Gus calls games on the radio for the San Jose Earthquakes.

Kyle Martino was a bit role player for the team in the mid 2000s. Now he does the color commentary for the NBC Sports broadcasts of MLS and USMNT games. He makes insightful points about the tactical trends of the game, and does a fine job pre-match research and interview to augment his commentary.
Wynalda is a pretentious a-hole.
Harkes is a blubbering idiot who provides absolutely no insight to games, besides letting us know the players' numbers.
Twellman talks about his concussions and playing Words with Friends with Landon Donovan.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Martino. I thought he was fine.
Keller and Martino: Good
Harkes and Concusiion Boy: Awful
Lalas: Awful and overly aggressive personality
Wynalda: Seems intelligent, but immature and preachy.
I didn't mind the English guy Efan Okoku (?) in the last World Cup cycle. At least we don't have Ally McCoist again.

Hands down my favorite American color guy.

Hate 'em both.
Who was this Great Divide guy tonight again? Glenn "Not Big Baby" Davis?

And that the result doesn't matter.

All this.
Also, Lalas doesn't bother me like he does everyone else.
That Glen "not big baby" Davis guy did some sort of soccer show for fox sports west or whatever that station randomly turns into every once in a while. I think he's based in Houston.
