I'm holding out hope that the storm will hover for another day and LSU will be closed friday as well.

lost power in old metairie this morning around 10. hung out at the house until about 2:00 when the wife and i made an attempt at crossing the crescent city connection to the safety of the west bank, only to retreat with our tails between our legs. made our second attempt with great success at 4:00. we are now at the wife's parents generator powered office in harvey having a party.

Somehow still have power which is beyond amazing if you've seen my power go out in other minor storms. Downtown Madisonville is beyond fricked. If you're familiar with the area water is at the roof of River Chicks and the old Badeaux's. So far high and dry where I'm at.

Stay safe, boys. We need all of the homos to report back to Finns at the next GT
