Just think how good they would be if they spent as much as USC, Auburn, or Bama.

I'm not flaming. Just making an observation. Damn.

I don't care if you guys won or lost the title, to be honest. But to say you don't have a lot of money wrapped in your team. Is fricking retarded.

The sheik has put a ton of money into the program and if he has it why not? Good for him. He has brought a title to ManC.

Plus, do you expect the city players to be shitty if you spend that kind of money on them? No. So of course, they are going to be good.

its not an observation if you just pull a number out of your arse.

i never said we don't have a lot of money in our team because we do. i'm not sure where you got that. perhaps it was another "observation"?

No doubt, congrats to them! But I agree, with that amount of investment how could they not be good!

I give them credit for pulling that out yesterday, I thought they choked it away...

Like I said, you spend a lot, it's expected to be good.

And once again, I DO NOT HAVE A frickING PROBLEM WITH THAT.

As far as the 1.5 Billion. I'm just going by what ESPN said, yesterday. If it's not correct than you should email them.

Well then I guess it proves my point that I didn't pull that number out of my arse and it was just an observation. huh ?

Like I said. The dude has spent massive amounts of cash. Good for him. But, with that cash spent. You expect those players to be good. That's all that I said.

Congrats on your title and congrats on being whiny.

No need to be defensive to the point if stupidity. Those numbers are obscene even if ESPN picked an inaccurate number. Being £935mil in the red over the past four years is not a good thing.

no need for the eye roll, i was just showing you where that number came from.

haha, i'm not being whiny. i'm just tired of people discounting this title because lots of money was spend on the players.

thanks for your congratulations all the same.

Not much to say now huh?...Man City are basically the NYY of the EPL.
Spend that kind of $ and ANY team should be hugely successful

I'm all about hating on teams for spending too much, but you calling someone whiny in this thread is a bit much.

Who cares? they are the champions, that matters.

Anyway, congrats to them and the city fans that waited so long.

Thanks....I actually pull for teams I have some kind of connection to i.e. LSU/LSU grad,E. Frankfurt/used to live in the area, Chicago W. Sox/Blackhawks/Fire...used to live there !
I'm not one for choosing the winningest teams regardless of any remote affiliation...que the Lakers,NYY,bama "side walk" idiots !
