lol, you think Spain is gonna score? Or that Chile isn't going to score again?
Irregardless. I'm the only person who predicted even close to what the actual final score will be. Chile will fall back to defend and Spain has zero resemblance of cohesiveness.
They have to go into full attack mode. I'm praying the Chile defense holds up and adds a counter.

He played plenty this season and had a sustained run of games leading into the CL final. There's no excuse for his play right now
Yes

So has this ever happened? Defending champs going 0-2?
'02 France went 0-1-1 before losing their last match to finish w/ just 1 point
'10 Italy drew their 1st 2 matches and lost their last to finish w/ just those 2 points
Italy... the defending champs from 1938... were eliminated in the '50 World Cup (also in Brazil) in the group stage 1-0-1 & 2 points (Ws were worth 2 points then)
ETA: short answer to your question... no it hasn't

A simple regardless will do.

The only one who predicted the favored team to win?

He played all of the copa del Rey matches and all of the CL matches. You know, the two trophies they actually won.
That said, no way should he have started today.

He's got to be shitting himself with how terrible Lukaku played yesterday, Costa today, both Costa and Torres against the Dutch, and Eto'o against Mexico.
