Correct Euro. Any player that was on the Euro squad wasn't eligible to be on the olympic team.

Yes, Mata played about five minutes in the Euros.

No English players who participated at the Euros will be selected. This is probably to appease the clubs/Premier League who are all powerful in England. The other FAs are free to select whoever they like.
