How long is the NBC MLS contract?

Sweet! This is VERY good news.

Next year is the last year of all the current MLS contracts. I figure ESPN will renew their deal but who knows about NBC.

How pissed are you going to be if Lewa doesn't go to Bayern?
I'll be happy. If Bayern actually had a decent striker who knows how good they would be.

Then you'll have to find another nonsensical reason to hate the Bundesliga.
I don't see lack of competition being "nonsensical" myself but maybe that's just me.

There still hasn't been a 0-0 draw in the league this season
And the Big 12/Pac 10 teams score the most points (in recent years) but it's certainly not the best football.

The last 9 seasons in the EPL have seen 3 champions, one of those only has 1 championship. That's the definition of competition. I'm so envious of your competitive balance. I can't believe you could watch a league that sees RVP transfer from a perennial CL side to ManU, absolutely disgusting. WOW, how can these types of things go on in the world we live in.

Thanks for answering if you were entertained, but you reading something then not answering the question is something we've all become way too accustomed to here.

I like you as a poster, usually, but the "let's shite all over the EPL" nonsense is getting kind of old.
You put the arbitrary cutoff at 9 years, because if you go to 10 then that means you have to say that 4 different teams have won it in that time period.
In the same time in Germany only 5 different teams have won it, and Bayern has half of those titles. It doesn't really support your sarcasm at the end about being "jealous" about the competition in the EPL and how it's such a fair league, or whatever you were trying to get at.
The EPL and the Bundesliga are both pretty competitive leagues. Let's stop the anti EPL circle jerk already. You like Germany. 'grats. They have good football and so does the EPL. Now let's stop being dicks about it.

I myself would be happy to see both Bundesliga and the Premier League on basic cable.

You're right, I hate the EPL that's why I record the Match of the Day/Review show every week and usually record at least one match to watch during the week. Sorry if my sarcasm pushed your buttons.
The terrible logic was used to counter his terrible logic. As a whole none of the big leagues are really that competitive. Teams have drastically different budgets, which breeds uncompetitiveness by nature. When someone says something stupid as frick like "every Dortmund player wants to play for Bayern" obviously I'm going to say something dumb as frick too, because that's patently false. Let's take one Marco Reus for example, Bayern put an equal bid in for him when he transferred to Dortmund. He rejected it and went back to the team who essentially said he wasn't good enough a few seasons before. Mats Hummels hates Bayern more than maybe anyone else on the team. Neven Subotic hates Bayern, he would never play for them.

Trying to compare the competitive balance of the EPL to that of the Bundesliga in 2013 is pretty dumb so yea you accomplished that.
Now, whether or not it's because all of those EPL teams are not that good remains to be seen.

Spain and Germany are not, England and Italy are quite competitive.

read an article about goose's struggles this year. never would have imagined flamini would have been better than goose this year.

I think part of the struggle is that his teammates blow. I still think he'd be great on Arsenal. His crazy side has come out a bit more this season.
