Felt bad for Joe Hart on the second one. The wall needs to do its job and not bitch out...

I've been impressed with the Swiss. Except for Djorou who's been pretty awful.

And I think at this point England's better off without Lampard. I wonder if that Chelsea fan still thinks he's better than Xavi?

Milner is another who'd probably be better off coming off the bench.

That was a nice little run by Wilshere.

Djourou has been bad ever since his shoulder injury against United. Needs to rest.

Parker is so goofy on the ball. He looks goofy in general with his shirt tucked in like that.

am i the only one that thinks this guy is rubbish? I see no quality in this guy...his crosses today look like something I'd hit w/ my gap wedge...doesn't give his teammates a chance to make a play on the ball...he has passed the ball OB twice w/ a teammate standing 5 yds away...i just don't get it...England doesn't impress me. a bunch of individuals and not a team IMO...

I don't think going to City has helped him. There were times at Villa where he looked very good. He's not a bad guy to have around because of his versatility, he can play wide, can play centrally, whether its in an advanced position or a deeper one. But if everyone is available I'm not sure why he'd start.

I think Djorou just wants to go home at this point.

Wow, that shot was pretty close to putting the Swiss up late.

He's been bad since he got back from his shoulder injury. He was really good from Nov.-Jan. this year.

Hart looked shitty on that first goal. The second one was on milner. I think is was mainly not having played together in a little while that did them in in the first half. That second england goal was class. And I don't care how good djourou was in Nov-Jan, he looked like shite today.

I disagree. Rio blocked his view of the ball by mistiming his jump.

yeah

Ashley Young should have played the whole game. When will Capello learn that Ashley must play as much as possible. Keep in mind England had almost no strikers to choose out of.

I like Milner being on the squad but he shouldn't start and I don't think he will once we get some healthy players back.

Not a bad match overall, England definitely needs some time off. The first half was awful, just terrible.
