Aguero being subbed off by Jovetic....jk that's what I wanted to happen, we put milner on

JOvetic just wasting away in Manchester.

From what I saw of him in preseason, he was pretty damn good

I haven't really been closely watching, but Fernandinho's first touch has been impressive to me. Lescott had about a 5-10 minute span where he repeatedly put him in tough positions with bad passes and passes that he shouldn't have made because Fernandinho was being pressured so much, and he just played his way out of it every time.
City look bad though. I continue to be impressed by Hull, too bad they don't really have a striker.

Looks like we're finishing off a one goal lead the way we did last year. Defending and holding on for dear life

Fulham: Stockdale; Riether, Hangeland, Hughes, Riise; Kacaniklic, Sidwell, Parker, Ruiz; Berbatov, Bent.
Newcastle: Krul; Debuchy, Coloccini, Yanga-Mbiwa, Santon; Ben Arfa, Anita, Sissoko, Marveaux; Shola Ameobi, Cisse.
I'm just glad that Fulham aren't playing the vaunted 4-4-1-whatever the frick Berbatov wants to do formation.

Anything to get Lescott off the field.

Absolute cracker of a free kick goal by yaya.
Won this Man u style. Get outplayed most of the game but find enough moments of brilliance to pull it out

Isn't that two free kick goals for Toure already?

Huddlestone has been really good for hull

quote:Yup. He had one against Newcastle. Both from basically the same position.

Anyone else not impressed by fernandinho? He's not looked that good to me these past two weeks.

I feel like our loss of possession frequently was due to an errant pass from him.

Cameron starting for stoke, Shea not on the team sheet. Just wasting away
Posted on 8/31/13 at 8:56 am to americanoutlaw
Shea played half of their capital cup match, correct?
ETA He is still recovering from the MCL sprain that some Philadelphia Union player gave him
