What?
He puts a big emphasis on relationships. He is known for being able to create a family atmosphere at his clubs, and it helps him get the best out of his players. No matter where he goes, he stays in contact with previous players/assistants. He is a tactical mastermind though and that really allows him to succeed. He is very open to change and has been able to adapt no matter where he goes.
