I'm a little surprised Delph and Baker got starts over Bannan and Lichaj.
I assumed that Lichaj would start at LB but I know those around the academy rate Baker very highly. I think lichaj should get plenty of PT this year on both sides unless we buy a specialist LB or lowton turns out to be really special.
Delph actually captained the team during a preseason game and it looks like lambert wants to really give him a go. I actually expected Bannan to start over NZogbia but in truth I don't really rate either of them.
No since in gettin worked up over the lineup though this is lamberts team now so theres really no way of knowing what to expect yet. Very exciting though!

Yeah I'm totally fine with it if Lambert is. Delph looked decent preseason, so hopefully he can finally produce without getting injured.
