English League Championship relegation (question heavy)

Pleas excuse my ignorance as I know very little about the tier system of English soccer. Hope you can answer my questions. Thanks for your time
If you are relegated from the English League Championship, what league do you join?
How big of a drop off is there between this league and the English League Championship? Talent, stadium size, supporter size, etc.
If you get relegated to this lower league is it harder to obtain top flight players or does league position not matter.
When dropping down to this lower league, do teams historically bounce back and move up quickly or does it take a while to recover and move back to ELC?
I follow Charlton Athletic and they are currently in the bottom three. Just curious what type of environment they would be in if they are relegated. Thanks again

League 2 is below that

What do you mean by top flight? You aren't going to sign good players to play in the 3rd division. However you can get young players on loan from the bigger premier league clubs

Do you mean from the Championship to League 1?
I can 't answer very definitively, but in general the stadium size will be all over the place I think.
Sheff United, Wigan, Millwall and others are former Prem teams and have big grounds. Like Charlton.
Others, like Crewe, assuming they stay in League 1 never sniff the prem and have small stadiums.
As to environment, I don't know that either, but the Championship is reputed to be one of the most competitive leagues in the world, so I would imagine a dropoff in atmosphere.

Stadiums and support are not much different, a lot more vintagey grounds like craven cottage, oakwell, the valley. You've got fulham and other former top flight clubs like boro, leeds, bolton (they are fricked btw), blackburn, birmingham, qpr, etc.
There is loads of (young) talent but tactics are lacking by and large. A lot of long ball counter type shite

Pretty decent grounds similar to the championship but not as big. More smallish, cozy types., less talent but still some good young players. Anytime you're relegated there are going to be players sold but the lower-end clubs usually manage to hang on to most of their players
Leeds and southampton were both in league one for a couple of years. If you're in good financial standing its easier to build around your young players and get out.

So you follow Charlton but don't know where they would be relegated to?
Anyway. Not to bust your balls. As a fan of a Championship or lower side, make sure your stream game is strong.
