Does Chelsea's win put them in the Champions League next year?

I know they finished 6th in EPL this year but does winning the Champions League guarantee qualification for the next year?

Yes. Knocks Tottemham out. It actually puts Chelsea in the qualifying round, as if they finished fourth.

I dont even like Spurs. Actually I forever hate them for wasting several hours of my trip to London. Doesn't make the rule any less bad.
