The Houston Dynamo have had a ton of Hondurans for a while now. To the point where people call them the Honduras Dynamo.
Right now they only have four, which is a bit low for them. At one point they had like 6 Hondurans in the starting lineup.
Romell Quioto
Alberth Elis
Maynor Figueroa
Boniek Garcia

... on that note, Spurs had 3 Belgians starting recently when healthy in Dembele, Vertonghen, and Alderweireld.
PSG in the recent past also had 3 Italians getting significant minutes in Sirigu, Motta, and Verratti.
It's pretty easy to get lots of players from the big UEFA and CONMEBOL countries on club teams in other countries, but no necessarily to Wolves/Portugal level.

Transfer fees for unproven Honduran and Ghanaian baws are insanely low.

Pretty sure they are each considered their own country regardless, although they do make up part of Great Britain. Which isn't a counry, but the United Kingdom is. (I think)
United Kingdom is a country. England and Wales are part of it. Google a list of countries in the world and you wont see England or Wales in it.
