Here is the post in question.
Apparently the FA have asked him to explain the post by Friday or face action.

Not likely to be a horrible punishment, but should be funny to see what he tries to say. It's not like he can say something about the crowd being a '12th man'. We know that's bull shite and then how would he explain Burnley being 10?

True, for the most part. But to be fair, it's not just soccer that has lame refs. The art of sports officiating typically attracts those types of personalities - nerds that get off on the 90 minutes of authority they have once a week over men that are better than them. It's the same type of person that becomes a meter maid or a small time cops or whatever.
