Three points are three points. We are going to be lethal with Rogers JP and Cole in top form. Caicedo should shore things up defensively but damn we still are shaky back there. Sanchez- can’t we do better?

I’ll take it for an away opener against a rival. Cole looks to be back. I miss cucurella, but I can chalk some of getting beat on the left to Colwill’s early yellow.

Like your optimism and yes, the team should be more fit for the entire season.
On a side note, I thought the blue uniforms looked great. That yellow/gold piping on the deep royal blue was sharp. Collars are nice when done well and they looked good. One day we’ll get a front of shirt sponsor!

Good but not terribly impressive win vs Luton. Tight match until Danny opened up the scoring in the 2nd half. I guess they feel really good about him to be shipping off Guiu, Jackson and Delap. Penders was a little shaky so it’s nice to bring in Martinez to stabilize that position. It’s shitty that Barco got booed every time he touched the ball- cmon bitch arse England fans get over it. He’s a good one. On to Brighton.
