Where the hell is CP?

This injury/injury management situation, with him, is extremely perplexing.

Doubt it. I think CP is headed elsewhere. This club is fickle, can't commit to anyone.

Let’s see how the final third of the season shakes out. There’s plenty of real estate, left up for grabs, in this squad.
CP needs to “nut up” and play. He has more than enough to offer this club.
After this last match, it’s clear, CFC needs a spark.

A top club should not commit to Pulisic until he proves he can remain healthy.

He’s always shined during CL games, if we don’t see him at least off the bench, and barring injury, then his time at Chelsea has been short and bittersweet

Why was CHO pulled after 30 minutes?

Because Tuchel is gay for Werner who blows

Eh, he answered the question. CHO wasn’t doing what he instructed him to do so he pulled him. I get that he broke one of the football commandments.

Great interview with Felipe Luis. Said Salah was like Messi in practice. His quotes about Hazard are
quote:

Alongside Neymar, Eden’s the best I’ve played with. He’s up there with Messi, winning games alone. He didn’t run to defend much, didn’t train well, and five minutes before games he’d be playing Mario Kart in the dressing room. He trained and warmed up laces untied. But he’d go out and no one could take the ball. He’d dribble three or four. If opponents got too close, he’d just pull away, so powerful.

Yeah, basically every interview about Hazard since he left Chelsea tells me that he really was talented enough to get in the conversation for a Balloon d'Or. He just is lazy and didn't care. The fact he was as good as he was and he didn't even try really.

He's definitely the most skilled player I've seen in a Chelsea uniform (maybe in the Prem since Ronaldo), just didn't have the killer instinct to be consistently great.

Oh, and Timo Werner sucks and is a mouth breather.

Today vs Atletico:
Mendy, Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger, Alonso, Mount, Jorginho, Kovacic, Hudson-Odoi, Werner, Giroud

Subs: Kepa, Caballero, Kante, Abraham, Pulisic, Zouma, Chilwell, Ziyech, Gilmour, James, Havertz, Emerson

Hudson-Odoi gets surprise start after being yanked against Southampton. That bench looks like it’s better than the starting XI minus Kepa.

What what Pulisic's production have been if he played Timo's minutes and in Timo's position.

Werner is horrible - his first touch mediocre at best and he can not take players on like Pulisic

Lampard and now Tuchel have bet on Werner - personal bias in my opinion

Complain about Pulisic's injuries but if given Timo's minutes when he was healthy he still would be more productive.

Timo has done nothing to deserve all the minutes and the subsequent movement of players to positions with which they are not best at to accommodate his limited skill-set

Good half. Blues are playing aggressive winning most aerial duals and being more physical defensively. Frustrating dominating possession again with nothing to show for it though. Aside from a couple of hiccups, playing decent defense. I know he was chided as Lampard’s pet but Mount makes things happen. There’s a reason Tuchel plays him as much as Frank did- he’s all over the place.

ATM looks so uninspired, does not seem to want possession, and we still can't put together any decent goal scoring opportunities.
