Our guys had better be using their time to get well. The rest should mean that Pulisic, Loftis Cheek etc should be ready to go when things start back up.

Watching classic PL games on NBCS this morning and saw Salah check in for Willian back in ‘14 I believe. What could have been.

KDB and Diego costa too, TYFYS Jose and Antonio. It’s like we are allergic to world class players. Rumors of offloading our last one (Kante) this summer too.

Maybe Frank has a better eye than the former managers. Gotta hope so.

Love Kante but is it time to move on? I’m hearing 90M pounds is the price and we could do well with that kind of scratch. But then again, when healthy, Kante is world class. Will be interesting.

Kante is the only world class player we have. He wasn't injured at Leicester or with us until this season. Hoping this is a blip on the radar, but if we sell him, that's a huge mistake.

We would probably just buy two Danny Drinkwaters.

He is 29 and entering the final year of his contract. He’s worth more now than he ever will be. We’re trying to rebuild and get younger so the teams timeline is a bit out of sync with where he is. We could keep him another 2-3 years and still sell him for what we paid though

Don’t underestimate the Coronavirus factor though. That war chest has a hole in the bottom of it and may bring some of these discussions into play. Frank said the other day they have a tiered plan relative to their transfer spending based on how long things persist. X time = Y budget etc.

As much as I don’t want to lose him, it may be time to consider what he brings in leaving. I mean he hasn’t even played at cdm since conte. I’d rather sell Jorginho but hey.

I'd sell him. Seems like we've played more games without him recently and the young guys are getting a lot of time on the pitch. Love Kante and all he's done, but it may be time.
