For me it would be Hazard Mata and then hopefully (if he's good enough) Willian on the right.

Oscar is still only like 20 and still seems inconsistent to me. A great option to start midweek/Cup games and be the first guy off the bench but I think he's expendable as first XI every game kinda player.

If you want to put it in depth chart terms for me it would be

Hazard/Schurrle

Mata/Oscar

Willian/De Bruyne (hard for me to make a call here since I've seen little of either but Willian looks more like a wide player with pace so I'll put him here for now).

Van Ginkel plays deeper than that group and I think Moses gets loaned.

Wow, in Jose I trust I guess but I can't figure out what he could be thinking here. 6 midfielders and no Mata.

Jose said he can't go a full 90 yet.

Then let him go 60 or 70 or whatever he can go.

I agree with you, Mata is my favorite player and in my mind Hazard and Mata are "everyday" players. I'm just trying to guess what Mourinho will do. Now he throws the Shürrle curveball at ST?

If this were FIFA '14, I'd run:

------Lukaku------
Hazard-Mata-Schurrle
-Fat Frank-Ramires-
Cole-Luiz-Ivanovic-Azpillicueta
------Cech-----

I'll take a point at Old Trafford. Especially considering Jose formation experiment did not work.

Ashley Cole was a disgrace. That dive was disgraceful. Just an absolute disgrace to the sport to see a guy dive like that in the penalty area.

compounded by his disgraceful protest of a penalty not called for him...

The only positive that I see in today's match is the defending was excellent. I think we were pretty lucky not to get a penalty called on the Frank handball.

Yea the defending was outstanding. Terry was phenomenal and Cole, outside of his dive, was excellent as well.

I haven't seen Terry play that well in a long time. He's been a revelation so far this year. He looks 10 years younger out there.

More or less disgraceful than this little gem?

When he's healthy he pretty much always plays well. Rafa never gave him a chance last year and even then it was clear the back 4 was better organized when he was in the squad. I think Jose has rejuvenated him a bit.

why no Cahill? he's played very well each game I think. great shot last night too!

Also like Lukaku up top. Shurrle hasn't really impressed me too much, no idea why Jose lined him up as a striker. but I would probably keep De Bruyne out there
