as i watched the thunder-rockets last night, i realized he and harden are pretty much the same.
-overly left-sided
-amazing offensive players despite the fact they almost always go left
-embellish contact or straight up flop at every opportunity
-have yacht parties wearing all-white with plenty of booze and women (i assume robben does this)

Robben is actually a pretty interesting dude. Fluent in 4 languages and pretty low key.

I mean, this is what happens when you live in multiple countries. Not sure it's so special for Europeans, but I guess if he was living in the states it would be pretty impressive. I mean Gooch knows at least 3 or 4.

Being fluent in multiple languages isn't the norm. There's a difference between conversational and fluent.

A "definite foul" to me would mean Robben would have fallen down involuntarily due to the contact. Rather, he could have kept playing the ball but decide instead to overreact late and fall down, making it all seem worse.
There's a ton of legit contact that occurs in the box but it's never called, either because it's not hard enough to warrant a foul call or the player voluntarily falls down instead of continuing the play.
So yes, it looks as if Cazorla stepped on his heel, but it also appears Robben could have kept going.

Yeah I mean these kids, especially in places like northern Europe and Germany that don't use subtitles, will learn English from TV, movies, music, etc (along with school), have their own language, and then learn at least one more through school. If their parents are from somewhere else in Europe or the world (common), then that's another that they grow up fluent in. If they want to "practice" their learned languages they get on a train and go next door. France is next to Germany and they speak a different language there. Isn't that convenient? Europeans don't know how good they have it when it comes to learning languages. So much easier over there than it is here.

You don't just get to rewrite the definition of a foul. Kicking an opponent on the back of the leg while he runs past you is a foul. He went down soon after the contact. Don't let slow motion fool you.

I never said he did it on purpose but the contact happened. Not all fouls are malicious, doesn't make them any less of a foul though.

I would have to find a .gif of it, but it was as he was running about 10 feet from the touchline. Announcers mentioned that he should have gotten a yellow for diving.
