We play pretty much every game that way, but we also search for 7 or more. We play in a 11 v 11 simulation league with 20 some odd other teams also, so it's usually not hard to find a friendly.
You can check out the league LINK and click on VIFA. We just started the third and final beta season, and the first real season will begin when FIFA 13 comes out.
