Good lord you're obtuse. get back to me when someone with the actual force of law says the Brussels court didn't have the jurisdiction to issue that ruling.
FFP will be gone or heavily modified within a year or two. I know that's upsetting to you as a ManU fan but you need to just accept reality.

Remind me to never hire DS for legal advice.

FFP should be trying to prevent a situation exactly like Parma, not one like PSG or ManCity. If an owner wants to throw tons of money into a club but not amass debt for the club, they should be able to. It's the debt that makes the club toxic if/when the owner gets bored and the club is left to pick up the pieces.
Man city had major debts,
What these clown clubs do, is one of their relatives who owns a company, suddenly throws stupid money as a new sponsor. It's a joke.
EUFA threatens them, suddenly a huge sponsorship comes from the Sheiks nephew. rinse, repeat

If I own a successful apple picking service, and decide I want to take the profits from that and invest it to build up my new toothpaste production company, why in the world should I be prevented from doing so? The ONLY possible reason is because other, older and more establish toothpaste production companies don't like competition, and want to limit outside investment into the market.

you own some stupid fricking businesses in your examples.

The fact that the "clown clubs" have to operate in that manner simply so an owner can put their own money into the club is a clear indicator that something within the "rules" is majorly, majorly broken.

did read it, I'm an attorney.

Brussells court invalidates FFP
You must be a pretty crappy attorney. It was referred, not invalidated. Take a course in European law.

They didn't issue a ruling. They asked for a referral. And just like every single court under every type of law in the entire world, they issued an injunction as a precautionary measure until that happened.
I'm not saying FFP won't be overturned. But your title is misleading, as well as the article's. And its sad that as an attorney you post this to further your argument when you know its misleading.

An injunction is a type of ruling

Coming from the guy who thinks what UEFA's attorneys say in the press has the force of law behind it

Your lack of reading comprehension is astounding.

You quoted their lawyers as "evidence" that the court didn't have the authority to do what it did.

Ok I'm calling bullshite on your claim of being an attorney.

You're using the word "ruling" in the strictest sense, as in an interpretation of a provision or statute. Ruling can also be used to describe "an authoritative decision or pronouncement" (dictionary definition), which an injunction clearly is.
Y'all have been so thoroughly defeated on the issue that you've now been reduced to semantics and personal attacks.

It is quite obvious that DS is a hack attorney. I mean, if he was such a good lawyer, he wouldn't have all this time to post on here because there is always demand for good attorneys. Just sayin'
