This is not news simply because even if he didn't run for a fifth term someone equally as corrupt (like Platini) would step in.

Isnt the dutch guy supposed to run?

Blatter in some ways is a genius, take bribes and frick over the big nations knowing that by pleasing the small regions he garners enough votes.
