Leicester definitely choked hard but their tougher return legs were also post-restart. United's unbeaten league run to end their league season was also somewhat function of the inverse. The table at the end evens out.

Curious to know if Bayern will still be looking sharp for UCL. The Chelsea second leg is 42 days since their last Bundesliga match. They've only had a cup final (Leverkusen) and a friendly (preseason Marseille) since. At least they have 3 goals cushion.
