Not buying the isco player swap unless it includes €€€

PSG will not be out bit for Pogba, he's the next big thing from France. The PSG rumors have been around the longest

Still hoping juventus finds a way to reject approaches for both pogba and Vidal although couldn't blame them for cashing in as each could move for no less than €50 mil.

If Juve is dealing with PSG, I believe they could get Verratti in the deal (to replace pirlo when he's done) and if they want an attacking mid, Pastore too..

I know his star has fallen some, but I'd take Pastore over Isco (Ancellotti kinda derailed both of their careers in that he doesnt really play a #10)...

Veratti in the Pirlo role, Marchisio and Vidal playing ahead as shuttlers and Pastore behind Tevez... that could potentially be very nice

I agree about Pastore.

As difficult as it is to guess what PSG are trying to do this summer, the one thing that has been fairly consistent is that they're looking to build around Verratti instead of moving him.

That could change their thinking if it's the only way they get Pogba, I suppose. However, I still think their plan would be to add Pogba to Verratti.

PSG has been trying pretty hard to get Pjanic for a while and have supposedly offered Pastore + cash (which I wouldn't be surprised to see Roma take this summer).

yeah, we were linked to him a bit last fall and I kept my fingers crossed, though I know it was a looong shot...

I'm waiting for the right situation/league/club/manager to unlock the potential there... I just think he can be a top 5-10 player in the world if he wants it enough...

Verratti and Pogba would be incredible over the next 5 or so years

Yeah, if they could make it happen, that would set them up with seemingly world class elite talents at probably the 2 hardest parts of the midfield to fill with players of the highest caliber.

That's why I'll still be surprised to see Juve let Pogba go for mainly just an advanced attacking midfielder that doesn't defend at an elite level in exchange.

Those type players are a bit of a market anomaly in that they're expensive but seem much more plentiful at the same time.

khedira
If the price is right, he could be gone.

yeah, like Isco plus another Isco. . .

or maybe Isco + Khedira if Juve thought they were bound to lose Pogba eventually . . .

I'd guess that Zidane must want Pogba at Real pretty badly but I think any player for player trades are just journalist inventions.
