Interesting thought. I doubt she gets many "Smegma Rejuvenation" clients.

We might as well play Miquel on the left, or go to a three man back line when we are playing teams with two strikers. Fock me.

What kind of formation are you thinking of with a 3 man back line? I feel like without viable wingbacks that wouldn't really work well for us. I'm not sure a more aggressive, offensive 3-3-1-3 or 3-3-3-1 would work well with Mertesacker. Playing a high line already scares me with his lack of acceleration, and it seems that would be increasing the burden.

YG says Verm is likely to start at LB and Miquel is on standby as a sub. Scumbag #NewNewTwitter phone upgrade no longer lets me copy and paste tweets. This is by far my biggest hardship in recent months

Something like a 3-4-3. Pair TV5 with Djourou and PM4 with Koscielny on the right and Miquel on the left? Or hardworking players like AOC, Rosicky and Benayoun on the wing? It probably won't work, and we won't actually do it, but it would be an option.

Interesting thought. I agree though, he probably never would play it.

After Napoli stifled Man City with its 3-4-3, I dreamt of us playing that with Santos and Sagna at WB, Wilshere and Song in the middle and our current front 3 up top. Who knows if it'd work in real life, but I kicked arse with it in FIFA.

Napoli's wingbacks are way better attacking players than our fullbacks. Their positioning that game and in general is always superb.

IMO Santos is a better attacker than Dossena and Maggio is a better attacker than Sagna. Spot on re: positioning though. I don't trust Santos' positioning as is. Throwing him into a new system would probably be even scarier.

I especially enjoy it when he ends up right behind Van Persie during the run of play.

i dont want any part of djouro, after that shitty pass rt to the olympiakos player that should have made it 3-0, i was done. That was an elementary mistake. Might as well let me play for free at rb.

Even verm gets in on the attack. If or cb is trying to score, and its not a set piece, we are doing something wrong. I really want a goetze or hazard type player. Anyone we can get on the cheap? A poor mans version a la arteta?

We could've had Joe Cole for free.

I'm pretty sure he's allergic to scoring goals.

That coupled with him not dating Keeley Hazell anymore makes him completely worthless to a team.

He's actually doing quite well for Lille these days.

2 goals. IIRC, they were pre-UCL.

3 goals and 6 assists in all comps. Not bad.

Cole fits in perfectly with Ligue 1. It's a technical league that is slower in its speed of play. Cole resembled French playmakers in his ability to hold the ball in tight spaces, but he also resembled them in his inability to release the ball at the right time. He slows down play way too often.

So what exactly is wrong with Gibbs anyway? That kid always seems to get injured for lengthy spells, setbacks on each injury, and plays one or two games from injury only to suffer another injury.
