Rumors that Arsenal agreed to terms with Podolski

Awesome. If true. But the team we could have assembled if all the rumored and half-signings were true. Ibrahimovic, Ronaldinho, Cech, the list goes on.

Gibbs is a question mark beacuase to call him injury prone would be an insult to all our other injury prone players.

If santos was healthy i prefer him over gibbs. If we gonna sacrafice the left side might as well ise the player thats better going foward.

I think defensively, our best line up is

Actually, a reputable German paper dropped the Podolski story. (Bild, I believe.) Podolski probably dropped it in an attempt to raise his contract money.

I'll be interested to see what we do with him. We have a lot of midfield bodies. None seem to be going anywhere and we may to that number. His long-term future seems in doubt since he's at an age where he needs to play more frequently than Arsenal seemingly can allow.

As YG said, Ryo having a Wilshere-esque loan. Hope he has a Wilshere-esque impact for us next season.

The other Gunners with goals today are Arshavin and Campbell. Former Gunner Havard Nordtveit also scored for Norway.

If he honestly was going for goal (I still say luck was involved) that was amazing (amazing regardless)

ETA: watching the replay of England:Netherlands... Sturridge came off late with a limp.. yay?

Which really means it should have easily made #1 if it wasn't for the soccer bias.

I've seen some amazing goals low in the top 10 followed by a diving catch or a dunk and everytime.
