City looked extremely nervy the latter stages of this match. It doesn't appear either club wants to run away with 1st. Same can be said for 4th, nobody wants to step up and take it.

I think that's 14 straight losses away to City for Newcastle

I'm prepared to be disappointed. I've come to accept that this group just doesn't have it. Hope I'm wrong, but it's right there to see for last 6 weeks.
Sure maybe there's some hope they can turn it around, but they've shown over the last few years that once it starts spiraling, they won't come out of it till it's too late, and I'm afraid we're already there.

I'm not convinced this City side is poised to go on an unbelievable run like we've seen in the past from them. Problem is I'm not sure Arsenal won't stop dropping points to sides they shouldn't either. Both sides still aren't convincing.

Correct. Base case is Arsenal will lose it by end of March.

They don’t have to go on an unbelievable run. Just play a little better than Arsenal which is hardly inspiring and not championship level. And win the game at the Etihad in April to finish Arsenal off.

Down to 2 points. Pressure is on. Pressure is a privilege. frick City and bring it on

I have a feeling the cup final will basically decide the rest of the year for us.
Win it and they finally get something over the line and maybe give them confidence closing out the year.
Lose it and the spiral will continue on all fronts

Do we have a great cup record against city in big cup games under Pep other than the 2018 EPL final? I feel like we do which I hope bodes well for the EPL final this year.
2020 FA Cup Semifinal
2023 or 2024 community shield final where we won in pk’s.
Another community shield final when Alexis Sanchez scored maybe?
An FA cup semifinal where Monreal scored in 16/17?

I just don't have a lot of confidence in them with the way we've played over the last month or so. Any signs of pressure and they crumble

Shocker, Timber & Zubi both starting again.
He just can't help himself. They both need a few weeks off

How can I stream it if it’s not available on Peacock?

NBC sports app in Spanish

Spanish is better anyway.

And of course now our momentum has been killed by the refs.

Shame Havertz can't give it a go.
Wouldn't mind White & Calafiori either.

Well we’ve gotten close a couple of times now.
Got to keep it up.
