Im not sure that Nwaneri article mentioned this. But the Nwaneri deal also includes a fee increase if he doesn't get a certain amount of minutes.

Heard that from Julien Laurens.

Sucks. Look at Rodri, a shell of a player after a long term injury.

That's why I haven't been hyped on Havertz. No way this guy was going to come back and start two games a week for Arsenal. He was always going to need to work his way back. And that would have been without any setbacks.

Out of all Premier League summer signings, only Hugo Ekitike (10) has scored more goals than Viktor Gyokeres (9) across all competitions this season ??

Ekitike is clearly a better footballer than Gyokeres and watching him sometimes is like damn, we could have used that. But for all the stuff he did in the Marseille game, the fricker couldn't hit the broad side of a barn in that match. So for all that silkiness and getting off shots, none of them went into the net.

Ekitike is the guy we should have got, there's no doubt.

Should have had at least a goal against Marseille. He fits perfectly in what we want to do, had maybe could have started back our French Revolution that Wenger got going.

Cala & Hincapie back in training today.

That just leaves Dowman out

Yes, but rumors of us going in big for Alvarez.

I could see Jesus moving on and Julian just slots in.

I agree. in hindsight like some have pointed out, Ekitike was the guy to buy.

That said, Gyokeres for his faults is 27. We needed a grown up up front.

I'm not giving up on my baw.

I don't even know how hard we were looking at him. It really seemed like it was Gyok or Sesko.

And Sesko shying away from taking a penalty let me know we made the right choice for the position we are in. To win now.

Kais most goals in a season for us was 15. Gyok will at least match that. Probably even pass it if he stays healthy.

If we get another CF next year I hope it's Alvaro Rodriguez from Elche

Guy is a beast, 21 YO, 6'4, fast, wins like 85% of his aerial duels. Can create his own chances

Now that City has gotten out of their rut, be nice if Arsenal can do the same today.

would love to see an early goal the first 10 minutes to put my mind at ease

Just win, don't care how we do it.

United away for game of the season was probably our worst played game all year. Need to be on point with the 2nd balls this time and be clinical when the opportunity arises.

Have to score some goals on their defense. They are not strong at all in the back.
